Thinking to the soule is say some as extension to body. Esto. But if it be soe a particular thought but be essential to every particular soule as a particular extension is to each particular body. By which their main argument against the souls sometimes ceaseing to think will be destroid. For the soule they say must always think. else when it ceases once to think how can it begin to think again. Answer By the same way that it changes its thoughts at any time. It being as hard, upon their supposition, for the soule to lay aside the thought it has at present and take any other as for body to lay aside the extension it has and take an other JL.
